We had a very pleasant time experiencing a meal here with our family while travelling. It was well cooked and the chips and The Lot burger were great. It’s also just across from a park which was a great place to hang out with our young child while we waited for the meal to be prepared. Also lots of great artwork in the shop to keep you inspired.

I have been coming here for years, exclusively for their chips. They are by far the best chips I've had in Australia! Good prices too. Their fish is great and reasonably priced. If you want a snack or informal meal in Malanda, then be sure to stop here.

This is a great little cafe with great service. The coffee was average, certainly not top level like you would get from a more coffee focused shop. The fish and chips with salad I ordered was fantastic, with a generous portion size. The price didn't break the bank either at less than $20 My bro ordered a cheese burger, and it was just that, buns cheese and a burger patty. Nothing to write home about, just a typical cafe burger. There service was great with friendly fun staff. Overall it was a nice enough place to stop and eat.

Very friendly and busy young lady on the counter. Very clean and tidy. Had a hamburger and it was nice. Price's are very reasonable despite the fancy rich new upbeat cafe style facade. I liked it.
